The Most Exciting News Ever.

Madeleine can do a cartwheel. This. Is. Huge.  I have only one goal in life for her. The Olympics. All our extra money is going into her gymnastics fund so I can be a gym mom and earn fame through my daughter.  We are now one step closer to the Olympics. Ok, none of that is true. I don’t want her to go to the Olympics. Well unless she wants to go to the Olympics and then I will want that for her. No I wouldn’t want that because then she would be really short and have a crazy high voice. Ok, so she already has a rather crazy voice so now that I think about it I am going to ban all gymnastics from the house.  Silliness aside, I am thrilled she is learning new skills and becoming confident with herself.  Madeleine is now in her second week of school and seems to be holding her own in a class full of boys. She is in the class that Aiden was last year and that has made her incredibly excited about school.

Aiden on the other hand, has some issues with school. He feels that the day is too long and he would love it if I could pick him up after lunch. Or maybe after recess which is after lunch. Oh and the 15 minute bus ride is too long, but other than that he is fine.  He also told me to prepare him if he has to stay at that school for a long time.
